1. Small or big there should be a party office in every village.
2. We need to introduce more leaders from janasena and make them more popular using social media. For example : MLA candidate of jaggampeta, Sri pattamsetti surya Chandra is doing lot of social activities and been with the people, but not sure how many janasainiks know him.
3. We should not force people to give missed call to JSP phone number, let them do it on their own interest. Other wise we may over estimate our supporters count.
4. After election most of the supporters of JSP will get threatening calls, to give some moral support to them we have to arrange one JSP legal cell for every 5 to 10 village's.

Party Office in each village is not that viable financially and won't yield much in terms of votes. Other Parties also don't have that, rather, they have rich and influential leaders, and the people around a village or district reach out to that rich and influential leader's house and they think that as a Party Office and do their pleas. It's not very possible for us, we don't have many rich candidates, we don't have money to set up party offices. So, I say, we need to have our JanaSainiks to be that person whom the people in and around the village can reach out to tell their problem/issue, and this JanaSainik should have connection with the Party hierarchy's lower ranks, and depending on the seriousness of the issue it'll reach the ranks it needs to.
We need to have a proper database with PC and AC-wise issues. It'll really help the people know the issues and also our leaders so that something can be done.
Yes, we need more leaders and efficient spokespersons for our party.
